Refund Policies

Refund policies for each program are listed below. If you have any questions about these policies please contact the club treasurer.

Football

No refunds, Registration Insurance optional during registration.

Cheerleading

All registrations are non refundable. Optional registration insurance is available for purchase through Crossbar.

2026 Rocky Top World

I understand that funds will be applied toward the trip and are non-refundable. If my child is no longer able to attend the trip for any reason, any funds raised will remain with the trip program and will not be refunded or paid directly to my family.
