There is a possibility of playing 2 games in one day and having a full day off. Schedule is determined by The Rocky Top Organization and will not be released until the week of games.
Jerseys
Jerseys and apparel will be provided to each athlete. Please be sure to include proper sizing with your registration.
Costs
Current cost is $1500 per athlete.
This is subject to additional review pending the number of participants registered. Current costs may change. *Please note: We do not anticipate raising any costs, if anything, these may decrease. Families will be updated if any changes are made.
$200 deposit for registration +
$1300 fundraising opportunity.
The Varsity Trip Board (VTB) is anticipating all costs to be covered by the fundraising opportunities if each family chooses to use these.
Sept 9th: Registration with $200 Deposit Due. Registration Deposit Due: $200
A $5 processing fee will be added.
If you would like to avoid the processing fee, you may pay via Venmo. Please check with the committee for additional payment options.
Sept 23rd: Additional $250 submitted
OCt 7th: Additional $250 submitted
Oct 21st: Additional $300 submitted
Nov 4th: Additional $250 submitted
Nov 18th: Final $250 submitted
